  • Donation information related to your gifts and pledges
  • Contact and donation information from online donations
  • Documents that have been uploaded

Analytical Information

As a part of your usage of AssociationSphere software we may capture information such as email addresses and/or IP addresses of recipients who:

  • Opened your email campaign
  • Clicked on the links in your email campaign
  • Bounced back as undeliverable
  • Forwarded your email campaign
  • Subscribed & Unsubscribed from your lists


Upon request, we will provide you with information whether we hold any personal information about you. You may request deletion of your person data by reaching out to us at support@associationsphere.com
